Shipping Policy – Louth Distillery

Delivery Partner
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard delivery service.

Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time
Royal Mail Second Class aims to deliver within 2-3 working days after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed and may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment is completed.

Age Verification
As we sell alcohol, orders may require age verification on delivery. Royal Mail may request ID if the recipient appears under 25.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.

Missed Deliveries
If delivery is missed, Royal Mail will leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot.
