How long should I allow for a Spirit School experience?

The Spirit School experience lasts approximately 3 hours. Please allow an additional 5 minutes on arrival to get settled. If arranging transport, we recommend booking collection 10 minutes after the scheduled finish time to allow for a relaxed close.

Is there on site parking at Louth Distillery?

Yes, we offer free on-site parking for participants and for anyone collecting you after your session.

If you choose to leave your vehicle overnight, please note that this is done at your own discretion, and we are unable to assume liability for any associated risks.

I have food allergies, what should I do?

Please notify us in advance, so we can make sure all allergens are removed from the Visitor Centre.

Please note: Our Allergen Policy is based around EFSA reports that conclude that allergens are not found to pass through a distillation process.

Do you provide food during the experience?

Our standard experiences, such as Spirit Schools and Tour & Taste events, do not include complimentary snacks. However, purchasable bar snacks are available at the bar.

For our other experiences, details of whether food is included will be clearly outlined in the individual event information.

Can I stay longer after my experience has ended?

Yes, after your experience has ended, you're welcome to stay and enjoy our full bar menu. We offer a wide range of spirits, mixers, beers, prosecco and wines for you to enjoy.

Do you have an on-site shop?

Yes, we have an on-site shop here at Louth DIstillery, where you can find our full Pin Gin, Rum Cat, and Lincolnshire Vodka ranges, as well as a collection of gifts.

The shop is open 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday.

Are under 18 year olds allowed to attend experiences?

Unfortunately, we have a strict no under-18 policy for our experiences

Can I re-order the spirit I created at the Spirit School?

Yes! If you created a bespoke Gin or Rum with us, go to the menu and click on the Re-Order your Spirit page.

What is the cancellation policy for experiences?

If you need to cancel your experience, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice to rebook another session.

What if I don't know what botanicals to put in my spirit?

Dont worry! You'll be guided through every step of the experience by our experts. Our Gin School Lead will help and advise you, and we also provide sample recipes to inspire you.

Remember, there is no wrong way to flavour your spirit!

How can I gift an experience at Louth Distillery?

E-Gift Cards are available to purchase on our Gift Cards page. You can enter the recipient’s email and choose when to send the E-Gift Card, or send it to yourself to forward later or print out.

We also offer physical gift cards, available to purchase in-store.
