Our Story

In 2016, a passion for spirits and a nod to family heritage sparked the inception of what would become Lincolnshire's first commercial gin distillery in modern times. Starting with a modest 35-litre copper alembic still affectionately named Dotty, the team embarked on a journey to craft a gin that truly represented the spirit of the Lincolnshire county.

What began as a small-scale endeavor quickly gained momentum. By early 2017, Pin Gin was launched, capturing the essence of Lincolnshire's rich agricultural landscape and resonating with gin enthusiasts across the UK. The commitment to quality and local sourcing played a pivotal role in its rapid growth and popularity.
